CSGOCASES (csgocases.com) has been opening cases since 2018 under WOG Jarosław Ptasiński, a Polish sole proprietorship. It is not the flashiest site in this ranking, but it has the review count to back its record: 4.2 / 5 across more than 2,000 Trustpilot ratings.

The economics are simple and closed. Balance is denominated in USD, everything you win is a skin, and that skin either goes to your Steam inventory or gets sold back into balance to keep playing. Money does not leave this system as money.

Checking a draw
